Community Outreach
Community Outreach supports and educates the community about health and wellness, specifically regarding cancer prevention and screening guidelines. Centegra Sage Cancer Center's Community Outreach Coordinator plays a vital role in:
- Participating in many community advocacy groups, with close involvement in the Illinois Department of Public Health and national and local cancer agencies
- Offering assistance in researching information about cancer-related subjects
- Coordinating screenings throughout the County
- Designing programs to educate our community about wellness and cancer prevention, such as the following:
National Associations
National associates provide significant resource information on treatments, advances, clinical trials, and support groups.
