Centegra Primary Care to offer reduced-price sport physicals

McHENRY COUNTY – Centegra Health System will help prepare athletes for their upcoming seasons with reduced-price sport physicals throughout July and August. With convenient times and locations, young athletes will be ready to start their seasons for the reduced-price of $25.
The following dates and locations are offered for the convenience of all community members:
- Centegra Primary Care Crystal Lake, 360 Station Dr.
Dates: July 19 and August 4
Time: 4 to 7 p.m.
- Centegra Primary Care Huntley, 10350 Haligus Road
Date: July 17
Time: 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Date: August 2
Time: 4 to 7 p.m.
- Centegra Primary Care Woodstock, 3707 Doty Road
Dates: July 13 and August 5
Time: 4 to 7 p.m.
- Centegra Primary Care Spring Grove, 1906 Holian Drive
Dates: July 22 and August 26
Time: 4 to 7 p.m.
