Childbirth Education Centegra Hospital - McHenry
Description:

This four-week series is designed to prepare you and your support person for the birth of your baby.  Series should be taken in the sixth to eighth month of pregnancy.  Topics include:  labor and vaginal delivery, pain management (breathing techniques, pain medications and epidurals), variations in labor, Cesarean section birth, normal newborn, basic baby care, pediatrician  Q & A, and car-seat safety.  Includes a tour.  Monthly.
